So how does it work when you have 14 tables and say 100 orders? The waitress(s) reads off each one of the orders? and you better have a lot of counter space to hold all those plates. Obviously many orders are coming in at the same time and you are not cooking one at a time. Maybe I missed something but this can't work even if you have one person whose only job is to set up the plates and I am sure the Waffle House is too cheap to do that.
